Reservations Please have the following information ready to reserve your event: • Name of little guest (Include names of siblings attending) • Name of Parents • Phone • Email • Date of event • Location of event and reception site • Contact information for event coordinator • Number and ages of children attending • Service Package requested for your event (Wedding Party Prep - Ceremony Service - Cocktail/Reception Service - Red Carpet Service - Or Other Service) * L.A. Wedding Sitter books one event per day. Please book at least one month in advance to ensure availability. * We provide tasteful L.A. Wedding Sitter insert with your invitation which provides your guests our contact information and website * Final head count is necessary 3-4 weeks before event so we have the appropriate number of caregivers available, if you go over or under one of our packages for 1 to 4 children, there is a $20 per hour per child (5th child- and up) fee. * One week before event and after final head count, full payment is required. * We are happy to work directly with and coordinate sharing the cost of our packages among guests with children * Siblings- We offer a discount to families with more than one child attending event PAYMENT ~ $100 non-refundable deposit required to book service only ~ Check or Credit Card Payments Accepted Via PayPal ~ *All Credit Card Payments are subject to a transaction fee of 2.9% + $0.30 ~ * Check our FAQ’s page on website for payment options and questions ~ Check our Pricing page for all Service Packages and Cost   L.A.
