• Supervision of children’s meals

• A sign and phone number will be posted directing parents to the childcare area

• Usually an additional room provided by the venue. Extra Fee may be required for room
space at venue

• We can arrange room with your site coordinator and/or your wedding consultant
for childcare for your event

• We are happy to work directly with your guests with children to coordinate sharing the
cost of our service packages.

•Siblings- We offer a discount to families with more than one child attending event

• We can assist nursing mothers in attending to their infants by providing use of room at
venue
